We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the UK government. We do not issue visas or make decisions regarding your eligibility. We act solely as a third-party service provider assisting you in the application process.
Service Fees
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following fee structure:

Service Fee: An additional charge of £50 GBP is applied for the processing and support services provided by World Travel Consulting.

Government Fee: The official application submission fee charged by the UK government is £16 GBP, which will be paid on your behalf as part of our service.
All fees are non-refundable once the application process has begun, regardless of the outcome of your application.
No Government Affiliation
World Travel Consulting is a private and independent company. We are not part of the UK government, nor do we have any official authority to approve or reject applications. Our role is strictly to provide guidance, review, and administrative support to ensure your application is submitted correctly.
Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure accurate and timely information; however, we do not guarantee approval or processing times, which are subject to the policies and decisions of the UK government. World Travel Consulting is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from delays, rejections, or changes in government policies.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Refund Policy
If your application is denied by the UK government, you are entitled to a 100% refund of all fees paid, including both the service and government fees.
To initiate a refund, you must provide official documentation showing the application denial. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days upon confirmation of the denial.
